Harwich Essex, England.
Harwich is a historic port town in the county of Essex in East England and situated the large container port of Felixstowe on the other side of the Stour Estuary.
The next image was my attempt at creating a lighting effect in Photoshop. Lens flare was rendered on each lamp, the colour of these then had the red reduced. Lastly a glow was added by using radial gradient.
